Updated Restrictions November 2020

Welcome to my November covid update, great news with restrictions being lifted to a far friendlier level. Some key points:

~ Weddings are allowed with up to 150 attendees whether held indoors or outdoors. This limit includes the couple but not the celebrant, photographer or other workers such as catering staff. Babies under 12 months are not included in the cap.

~ You can get married at your house however different limits apply to the number of guests you can have. The number of people attending is limited to the members of the household and up to 15 visitors. Babies under 12 months are not included in the cap.

~ These limits also apply if you hold your wedding in your backyard or outdoor area of your house.

~ You should not attend a wedding if you are feeling unwell. You must wear a face mask indoors, unless you have a lawful reason for not doing so. You should wear a face mask outdoors when you cannot maintain 1.5 metres distance from other people (unless they are people you live with). You should keep at least 1.5 metres distance between you and others unless they are members of your household. DHHS Update
